By accessing or using the Wyrmworks website and purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use our site or services.
All products listed on Wyrmworks are 3D printed items made to order. Here's what you should know:
When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase. We'll confirm your order via email. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods supported by Stripe.
By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you're authorized to use the payment method.
Shipping is a flat $5 via USPS First Class Mail for all US orders. Free local pickup is available. Since products are made to order, please allow 1-3 business days for printing before your order ships. For full details, see our Shipping & Delivery page.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If a package is lost or significantly delayed, reach out and we'll work with you to resolve it.
We stand behind the quality of every print. If you receive a defective or damaged item, we'll reprint it for free. Orders can be cancelled before printing begins for a full refund. All designs, images, content, and branding on the Wyrmworks website are the property of Wyrmworks or used with permission. You may not:

Safety note: Our prints are toys and decorative items. Small parts may pose a choking hazard for young children. Use common sense and supervise small kids around small items.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Wyrmworks will be resolved in accordance with applicable state and federal law.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms. For significant changes, we'll do our best to notify you.
